5. Installation Disclaimer
For vinyl stickers and wraps, proper installation is essential.

  • Always clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol before application.

  • Avoid letting the vinyl stick to itself during installation.
    We recommend professional installation. We are not responsible for damage or poor results caused by incorrect application.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

7. Returns & Refunds
Non-custom products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product.
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

8. Warranty
We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects upon delivery. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days with clear photos.

9. Liability
We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use or installation of our products, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
